The most comprehensive report is the financial report, through means of GAAP or IFRS reporting, but only to the extent that the providing party provides such services to its own businesses. Management reports give the decision maker(s) a snapshot of the respective company’s monthly, quarterly semi-annually and/or financial activities which can further be used at financial institutions, the Inspectorate of taxes and board meetings.
